RYOSHI
Ryoshi in Cancun blends Japanese, Asian, and international flavors with creative dishes and fresh ingredients. Located in La Isla Shopping Village on Boulevard Kukulcán in Cancun's Hotel Zone, it sits on the lagoon and is open for lunch and dinner.
The menu starts with appetizers such as edamame, shrimp and vegetable tempura, wagyu slices on A5 hot stone, and truffle sashimi. There are bowls and rice plates like Ushi rice with rib eye and shiitake sauce, the Ryoshi bowl with salmon and tuna, and yakimeshi. You’ll also find temakis including spicy salmon or crab, along with grilled dish options like teriyaki salmon, pork belly, shrimp, and beef cuts. A wide selection of sashimi, nigiri, and sushi rolls rounds out the choices.
On Tuesdays, Ryoshi hosts a tuna ronqueo experience where a whole tuna is prepared and served in different cuts. The restaurant has a chic design with lagoon views, making it a good spot for both daytime dining and evenings out.
